Our Policy
Sale/discounted, personalized or customized items will not be eligible for return or refund unless otherwise stated in the product description. Damaged items due to buyer negligence, rough handling or wear-and-tear will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We reserved the right to charge you packaging fee, initial shipping fee, transaction fees and insurance fee (if applicable) if free shipping and insurance is provided for the purchase.

Please contact us within 24 hours after receipt of item/items if you would like to return.
We reserve the right to reject any return beyond the stipulated time.
An address will be provided to you for shipping. All return item/items must be shipped with a tracking number.
Any return item that is lost/damage in transit, will be borne by the buyer.
Refund
Once item/items are received, the refund will be initiated.
Refund will be in the same mode of payment.
For bank account transfer, refund will be refunded to the same bank account.
Payment through PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Others
If an item is sent wrongly, we will reimburse you your return shipping. The merchandise must be in the original condition when shipped to you in order to receive refund. The returned merchandise must have a Tracking number.
Please inform us within 48hours after acceptance when an item or items is sent incorrectly.
